Eat to Live!

Veggies Saves Lives❤️❤️ I’m a true believer that they help heal, detoxify the body and help with releasing fats in your arteries to help you stay alive.  Think about this, your body goes through all types of changes daily, which means your body needs something to keep it a float, focused and maintained to flow everyday. Veggies help with cleansing the body, and replenish what you lose daily.  I EAT THEM EVERYDAY!!! My favorite veggies are  Red Peppers- they have a load of vitamin A and C because they stay on the vine the longest and let’s not forget how juicy they are! They help your skin glow and shine!  Mushrooms-when I discovered that they could possibly mitigate the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and cancer! That’s all I needed to know. I lot of people can’t get down with mushrooms, but if you know how I know, you may need to make an exception to that rule you have! Eat to live!! Kale- loaded with Vitamin, Copper and Magnesium just to name a few, but let me tell you how

Habits are necessary for Goals!

Hello 👋 to the start of a fresh month! It’s time to set the goals & put your butt in gear with the actions. Far to many times you set the goal and nothing happens. Each time you stop or procrastinate you set yourself back another level.  You are worth more than mediocre. You can do it, heck you know you can. Goals are the most easily to set, but the challenge is when you have to take the actions to meet the goals. Think about this, actions are necessary to meet goals. What you do or not do becomes your reality.  Here are a few simple actions to take when meeting Goals!  A. Write it down B. Create a plan  C. Execute the plan D. Form daily habits  Each step leads you to successfully completing your goals. The key is to continue to discipline your thinking & your actions!
