Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Let’s talk pumpkins! Did you know that you can do so many things with pumpkins, especially in the kitchen? You can bake a whole pumpkin, store and freeze the pumpkin. Decorate and use it for decor in your home. I use it in baking, purée’s, smoothies, bread and soup. Here is one of my favorite recipes with (walnuts & chocolate morsels) Optional Bake a small pumpkin at 350 degrees for 50 minutes Preparation for the pumpkin: Polk small fork size holes in about( 2) times only Once nice and done, it’s time to remove the peeling and take your pumpkin and mash it all up in a mixing bowl. You will store some pumpkin for later in the freezer in a nice sealed container of choice, and use some for this recipe.
