Quitting is Not An Option

Think about how many times you started and stoppedπŸ€” Think about how far you could be right now in your life if you never quit! Quitting makes you feel comfortable. When you quit something in your life it’s because more than likely you were coming out of your comfort zone, it was challenging you to become better but in your mind quitting was much easier to accomplish because there is no work involved when you quit!!  This use to be my mindset! I realized one day that I was a repeat quitter. If it made me uncomfortable, and it challenged me and took me out of my comfort zone. It was not the job for me. My husband said to me that I fight for my children and I don’t quit that. I will fight for my marriage and I don’t quit that! However when it comes to You fighting for Yourself, You quit, no hesitation, no thinking about anything, You just quit on yourself, Then he asked the unimaginable question!! WHY??? I was at a lost for words, I was taken back by him saying that to me, I was embarras

Every Season Serves A Purpose!

You may not see the results you want to see! Heck You may not see results in the next 3 months! Remember that Weightloss takes time. You didn’t gain the weight in one setting of unhealthy foods.  It took time. If you lost the weight and then gained it back, don’t beat yourself up. Everything you do serves a purpose. Maybe at the time you lost the weight, your mindset was on fire πŸ”₯ willing and ready at the drop of a hat 🎩 but then something in your life happened and it caught you off guard. Your focus was no longer tunnel vision and it just happened slowly but surely the weight came back.  It’s all reversible. The mind can be trained to accomplish anything. It’s those small intricate steps, those planned steps, that sheer driving force within you to get back on your grind.  Every season serves a purpose for you and every time you walk stronger in your season, you are sure to win. Eating from the Earth 🌍 For Optimal Health

At times you may be thinking πŸ€” that you do eat for your health. It’s not just about moving your body for 30 minutes a day, it’s also about eating nutritious 90% of the time. Giving Yourself 10% of fun, processed foodsπŸ₯³ Getting down and dirty in the kitchen. Creating and playing around with different recipes in your kitchen. It all boils down to when, how and what  When is the best time to eat for optimal health. Everyday- Breakfast- Lunch - Dinner and let’s not forget snacks!!  How will you prepare your meals? Right in the comfort of your kitchen. Do you like cooking?
