Pineapple 🍍 Water it’s time to Heal from Inflammation

Before I started my health & wellness journey, I use to have really bad knee pain, heart palpitations, headaches, back aches and for some crazy reason, my arms would hurt bad!  After research and cleaning up my diet, which undoubtedly was one of the biggest helps to heal my inflammation. It wasn’t until I understood how food is definitely medicine and eating more of Whole Foods, foods from the earth and being fully present with my plate did my body truly start to heal.  I love my concoction of Pineapple, Coconut water and it’s so refreshing and easy to make!  Let’s dive into this quick recipe.  Ingredients:  1 whole pineapple, 1 Tsp of cinnamon, 4 Cups of Spring Water, & Coconut Water  Directions:  Wash your pineapple skin, after washing, slice the pineapple with the outer skin, in a pot of your Spring water then place the pineapple in the pot along with 1tsp of cinnamon. Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Let’s talk pumpkins! Did you know that you can do so many things with pumpkins, especially in the kitchen?  You can bake a whole pumpkin, store and freeze the pumpkin. Decorate and use it for decor in your home. I use it in baking, purée’s, smoothies, bread and soup.  Here is one of my favorite recipes with (walnuts & chocolate morsels) Optional  Bake a small pumpkin at 350 degrees for 50 minutes Preparation for the pumpkin: Polk small fork size holes in about( 2) times only  Once nice and done, it’s time to remove the peeling and take your pumpkin and mash it all up in a mixing bowl.  You will store some pumpkin for later in the freezer in a nice sealed container of choice, and use some for this recipe.  Ingredients:  1 1/4 cup of organic whole wheat flour  2 teaspoon of baking soda Pinch of sea salt  1/4 cup of Almond milk 2 tbsp of Flaxseed 1/4 cup of maple syrup  1/3 cup of coconut oil 1 cup of pumpkin purée  1 tsp of nutmeg 1 tsp pumpkin spice  1 tsp of pumpkin spice
