Rainbow Vegan Momma Sweet Tangy Bar-B-Q Sauce

Can we get into these Bar B Q Cauliflower wings! Baby!! These right here make you want to slap yo..shut your mouth 😝 

The key is to let them bad boys marinate, then place them in the oven, but if you don’t want to use your oven, you can always pull out that air fryer!

Quick recipe👇🏽

Ingredients: 

Head of Cauliflower 

Seasoning: 

1 teaspoon Onion powder 

1 teaspoon Garlic powder 

1 teaspoons Black pepper 

Pinch of Himalayan  sea salt 

1 teaspoons Parsley flakes

1 teaspoon Smoked paprika 

Instructions: 

Cut cauliflower into bit sized pieces, place seasonings , bar b q sauce & cauliflower into big ziplock bag. Let sit for 20 minutes. Remove from bag, place on cookie sheet with parchment paper, align accordingly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven. 

If your using an air fryer. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool & enjoy. 

My Rainbow Vegan Momma Sweet & Tangy Bar-B-Q Tastiness (Homemade) Your gonna want to add it to everything💯

2 cups organic ketchup

2 tablespoon maple syrup 

1/3 cup brown sugar 

2 Tbsp cup apple cider vinegar 

2 Tbsp liquid Aminos

2 Tbsp of Hot Sauce 

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of Garlic powder 

1 tsp Mrs.Dash

1 teaspoon of liquid smoke- the more of this you add it’s like a grilled taste 😋 

Place all ingredients in a bowl, whisk & Enjoy. Store the remaining sauce in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator. Keeps fresh for days if you treat it right! 

(Freshness is sealed in the jar! Airtight) Remember these are earth bound ingredients, no processed preservatives in this sauce, so it won’t keep for months, but it can keep for 7 days in the fridge.
