I use to wonder why I couldn’t push through. I would literally start a project and when I was almost to the finish line. I would give up.  Have you ever been there before?  Well, that was me. I knew that in my heart, I deserved more. I desired more. I wanted to be the best possible version of myself for myself. I would read all the guru books, listen to all the audiobooks, watch all the YouTube videos that promised me I could be anything but only if I believed.  The saying is definitely true. You are what you think about. Just as you are what you eat. I had to stop the self sabotaging of my own belief system. I had to stop making excuses as to why I couldn’t achieve a thing. Stop Running From Your Assignment

In life things get hard, it’s one of those things where you just want someone else to do it. The reality is, it’s your assignment and God has given it to you to fulfill. Let me tell you a little story. It took place over 5 years ago and at the time. My oldest son was 16 years of age. He had gotten hooked up with the wrong crowd. They had influenced him to be disobedient, staying out all times of the night, not coming home during curfew. There was even times when he would come home and be just a mess. Clothes dirty, looking like the world had taken him for a roller coaster of a ride. It had gotten to the point where he was stealing money from me just to hang out with this group of kids who were literally taking him down the wrong path. At first I couldn’t do it. One of my favorite foods in the entire world are pancakes πŸ₯ž but not just any pancakes, it’s my Vegan Homemade Pancakes! These hit the spot every time.  When I started my vegan journey, all I can say is the overloaded ingredients were too many to count. The pre- packaged foods were and are literally everywhere. Pineapple 🍍 Water it’s time to Heal from Inflammation

Before I started my health & wellness journey, I use to have really bad knee pain, heart palpitations, headaches, back aches and for some crazy reason, my arms would hurt bad!  After research and cleaning up my diet, which undoubtedly was one of the biggest helps to heal my inflammation. It wasn’t until I understood how food is definitely medicine and eating more of Whole Foods, foods from the earth and being fully present with my plate did my body truly start to heal.  I love my concoction of Pineapple, Coconut water and it’s so refreshing and easy to make!  Let’s dive into this quick recipe.  Ingredients:  1 whole pineapple, 1 Tsp of cinnamon, 4 Cups of Spring Water, & Coconut Water  Directions:  Wash your pineapple skin, after washing, slice the pineapple with the outer skin, in a pot of your Spring water then place the pineapple in the pot along with 1tsp of cinnamon.
