Gym Bound

So I decided to venture out to the gym. I must say I had a great workout,  I stayed on the treadmill which was for 45 mins and it included me running a little to get my heart rate up and then walked a little. They call this interval training for the body where you stay at a steady pace for about a min or 2 then bring the body down a pace for a minute or 2. I did this for about 20 minutes, nothing to put strain on me and I handled it pretty good. For the remaining 25 mins I power walked which kept my heart rate at around 148 beats. So if I can do this, I am pretty sure you can two..
