Here is one of my Favorite delicious meals..Cauliflower Scramble and guess your family is going to love and enjoy this one right here.. It was very simple and Delicious!

My ingredients:

1 Large Head of Cauliflower

2 Bell Peppers

1 Red Onions

2 Cups Mushrooms

1 Stalk of Celery

2 Tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Directions: Cut 1 Head of Cauliflower into florets, cut bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery into 1/2 inch diced pieces, in saucepan place all vegetables in pan with 1/2 cup of water, and let simmer and saute over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, let simmer for another 5 minutes, the aroma from the vegetables are so delightful, you are going to think someone else has prepared this meal for you and your family. Once all vegetables are tender and have sauted completely, then take vegetables from saucepan and place on family dish for serving.. They are going to love it!
