Eat The Rainbow 🌈

I know! You have heard this as a child more times than you can count. My mom would say your not getting anything else until you eat your veggies. Needless to say I didn’t like eating my veggies. It wasn’t until I became an adult to understand the full meaning behind eat your veggies, which is now my favorite way to say eat the rainbow 🌈 . 

A colorful plate is literally life saving to your full body. Vegetables have an array of nutritional ingredients that are all natural. They help regulate your digestive system, keep your heart healthy, boost your gut health, flush your liver, and keep the arteries clean, along with many other nutritional benefits and being so delicious. 

Pull up on the veggies, pull them all to your plate. Add as many colors to your plate, that you literally think your eating the rainbow. The next time your in the market, head straight over to the vegetables and look at the many beautiful colors that are so eye appealing. Bring some home and start making the most nutritious, delectable meals ever guilt free!
