Veggie Quiche

Looking for a quick & simple meal for your family, where you can set it and forget it lol 😉Well this is not it 🤷‍♀️However here is one of my favorite meals that I make for my family. 


My Veggie Quiche contains: 


1 Pie Crust of your Choice


1 Cup of Broccoli 


1 Cup of Carrots 


1 Cup of Cauliflower 


1 Cup of Mushrooms


1/2 Cup of red onions


2 EggWhites


1 Cup Almond Unsweetened Milk... 1/3 Cup of Bread Crumbs! 


Directions: In a Large Mixing Bowl, combine all veggies, then in a smaller bowl combine all wet ingredients, place all veggies inside of pie crust then pour in wet ingredients inside of pie crust, bake for 1 hour then sprinkle bread crumbs on top of Quiche place back in over for 20 minutes, then pull from oven, let cool then serve😋


This dish is definitely one for the books❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍💋💋
