Hello Marvelous Monday! Today is another fresh new start to work on you, to become better, to be better in all you do. Even though life may be giving you lemons ๐Ÿ‹ right now, guess what it’s ok ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ  Always remember everything in your life is there to give you the opportunity to grow mentally, physically and emotionally. Sometimes you may have to take a step back and then proceed with your process all over again but this time it will be different, this time you will get it and you will approach the situation with a different aspect.  Through it all, life lessons are to be cherished which turns into knowledge which you then are able to help someone who may be going through that exact experience or you may be able to give your wisdom to help someone not go through that experience. My Life is a Mess!

Everyday I am not sure what my life will look like. As a mom of 6, A CEO of my own virtual health business, a wife and let's not forget that I also am a Manager for one of the busiest industries in Maryland. My life is pretty chaotic. Someday's I just want to crawl under a pillow and live there forever, but my reality is that is so impossible. I remember I use to question myself and wondered If I am good enough. Am I good enough to raise 6 children who all have very different personalities? Am I good enough to be a wife a second time round? Am I good enough to run a virtual business and be in Corporate America? Am I good enough just to be me? These questions would flood my mind every waking hour and even on the days I didn't want to think about these things, I needed to and I had to, in order to find my way. Delicious Veggie Spaghetti ๐Ÿ

I use to add sugar to my Spaghetti and drown it with that dominos sugar lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ all because I didn’t know any better. I was addicted to sugar and not even realize the effect it was having on my body which was so unhealthy, as time went on and I started to educate myself, I wanted better not just for me but for my children, I changed.  This meal is one of my family’s favorites, our Veggie Spaghetti includes  1Box of Barilla Spaghetti Noodles (Whole Grain) 3 Tomated crushed (chopped Finely) and sautรฉed  2 Cans of Tomato ๐Ÿ… paste (No Salt Added)  1/2 cup of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ  2 bell peppers  2 cups of Mushrooms  1 Red onion  Seasonings: Black pepper- Garlic & Herb Seasonings  Directions: Boil noodles for 10 minutes, drain add seasonings of choice, in sauce pan add tomato paste and finely chopped tomato’s, water ๐Ÿ’ง simmer on stove for 10 minutes, on cutting board chop veggies, add tomato sauce and veggies to noodles, mix together and delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ ...

Fighting Eczema!

You know I was looking at my son and seeing him run and play without any of his skin problems he use to face and it was just amazing ๐Ÿ˜‰  About 3 years ago DJ was diagnosed with having extreme eczema and it was brutally bad for him, he would scratch his skin all the time, especially his neck and for arms, it was to the point that I would just help him scratch because that’s just how bad and irritable he was. he would cry his self to sleep at times just scratching ๐Ÿฅบ Seeing him suffer like that wasn’t easy for me nor his dad, it would hurt my heart ❤️ so bad that I would just pray ๐Ÿ™and cry ๐Ÿ˜ข for my baby because I just couldn’t understand how and why he had it. Meal Prep! One & Done ✅

Sunday meal Prep is one & done ✅ I could have just relaxed for the remainder of the day and have came up with so many excuses on why I just don’t feel like it, or I just don’t have time, or better yet I will Prep tomorrow but guess what when tomorrow comes, so does  the next set of excuses!  I want more for myself, I have set my goals and it doesn’t involve eating on a whim, or just putting crap in my body all because I just don’t feel like it. There will be days when I don’t feel like it and those day are when it truly matter most.  It is imperative that I stay the course, keep my focus and understand that distractions will always be in my most, heck life is a distraction but I’m come to realize that if it has nothing to do with goals, I must keep my focus!  Weightloss is definitely mental first and then once that’s under wraps the body will follow in such a awesome way!  Who’s Prep their meals for the week?  #Mealprep #DinnerandLunch #OneandDo...

Procrastination will kill your dreams!

Man as I have gone through my journey, sometimes you just have to take a look ๐Ÿ‘€ back as to how far you have come!! My days was hard, my nights were dreadful but as I continued to stay consistent and continued to think about my Goals and what I truly wanted for myself it became habit!  It has been my life! For me it was more about why??? I would always ask myself Why?? Why can’t I just lose this weight? Why can’t I just eat what I want and not gain weight? Why does my Stomach have to be so Fat? Why did I weight so much? Why can’t I just make it disappear??  I had so many Why questions that I was tired of asking myself Why?? I knew that I needed to do something and I wanted to change but how was I going to do this? I thought that my problem was my stomach area. I figured that if I did crunches my stomach would go down.  What I had to understand was this situation with my weight and stomach was all depending on what I was eating every single day of my life, but it was hard ...

Smoothies Give Me Life!

On any given day you can have one of life's most refreshing drinks.. Smoothies๐Ÿ–๐Ÿค—They are so delicious and packed with so many nutrients that your body will love. My smoothies are exactly what your body craves๐Ÿ˜€ Most crave sugar and when you think about it hard and long enough a smoothie is a natural way to satisfy those addictive sugar cravings. I was at the mall the other day and I went to this smoothie stand and ask for a Kale ๐Ÿฅฌ Strawberry ๐Ÿ“ Banana ๐ŸŒ smoothie, boy o boy was I disappointed ๐Ÿ˜”  Let’s start with what they didn’t have. No Kale ๐Ÿฅฌ which is one of the best superfoods on the market. It’s natural healing mechanism is everything and let’s not forget the iron, the vitamins especially for brain development and the protein, 3 grams of protein!!  The lady at the smoothie stand pulled out this bottle with liquid syrup that said strawberry and one said banana and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to add whip cream!
