Alright!!! It's definitely time to stop playing around and start getting things together. No more dipping off, eating things that are not giving our bodies the nutrients it needs and deserves is going to stop today!  November is on its way out, then December will be here and then the beginning of the year.. Time is not standing still for no one! We have to love our bodies more and I know that me incorporating healthier food choices will position my body in the direction I want it to go. I am making a commitment to myself today to start eating more cleaner and start making healthier choices with my foods 👍 This is not going to be an easy task because, I know my downfall is my Love of Chocolate. I crave it something kinda bad, now I'm not going to deprive myself but there are so many healthier chocolate choices I can make!💜 Recipes are in the making💞 I'm ready to do this..Commit and take Action Today! I am so ecstatic!! It has taken me quite some time to accomplish one of my many goals but I have finally accomplished it. I have put in my time, effort and hard work to present to those who have been struggling with their Weight loss and Food choices! Banana Almond Butter Sandwiches

Hey Everyone, Today I wanted to share a quick kid friendly recipe that your children will love! My son's and I made their favorite dessert today which was:                    Banana Almond Butter Sandwiches You will need a : Cookie Sheet                           Parchment Paper                           3 Banana's                           1 bag of Almonds                           1container of Almond Butter First you will Slice your Banana's in halves Then you will take a sheet of parchment paper and place on the cookie tray. Next place your banana's 1 inch apart on the cookie tray. Then scoop 1tbsp of almond Butter on top of each banana individually. Once that is done you will take about 3 to 4 almonds and place on top of the Almond Butter then take the remaining banana halves and place on top of the fixings. Then place tray in freezer for 1 hour. Take out and then serve.Fun and a little messy, your family will love you for this :)

The Power Of Positive Thinking

So I know sometimes it's hard trying to keep a positive attitude and position in this thing called life today. I wanted to share with you all the book that I found so inspiring and so helpful, in helping me stay grounded and learning how to shift from being such a negative person to such a positive person. Learning how to focus on the good in a bad situation was something that I had always struggled with, but when I came across this book years ago, it helped me to focus on certain situations and learn how to navigate through the negative to find the positive. I always try to teach my children to look for the positive in all circumstances, because just when you think there is no hope for you or your situation, there is. I was one who could never see the light. As years went on I understood how to ignore those who tried there best to bring the negative out of me. What I know now and what I knew then..knowledge is power, no matter how you look at it. Put it in a book

Everyone Will Not Support You!

Good Morning Everyone, I just wanted to give someone some encouragement today. I am always in thinking mode, I have always wanted better for myself and my children. I think about growing up and how my parents worked their butt off to make sure my siblings and I had everything we needed and even some of the things we wanted. I am so thankful for all the value's, morals and work ethics they instilled in me. I believe that anyone can put together a game plan and set their sights  on getting to their goals. I remember when I started my First Online Business! I always said that I wanted to own my own Business, I wanted to work for myself. I am so Thankful to Jehovah God because I have accomplished that goal so many times over. I always think about how I can help others or encourage them to never give up. I am by no means Rich with wealth as many call it, However I live a comfortable life, a simply life without being flashy and over board with so many materialistic things. There ar

Hey everyone, I wanted to talk about goal setting and trying to put things in perspective.What keeps me going and staying on track is setting goals. Goal setting helps me in so many ways. You want to start out with small goals first, My first small goal was to just wake up to put forth effort to start working out, This took sometime. what I would do is set my alarm for 10 minutes earlier then I would need to get up. So Setting my alarm clock helped me to get in the habit of waking up earlier than expected too. Second I actually started to put my butt into gear and move my body. I did start with Leslie Sansone who does the walk away pounds video, Well I started out doing that and the best thing about that was she has 15 minute walks all the way up to 45 minute walks, So I started small and worked my way up with time to the 45 minute workouts Once I had this routine down I started incorporating more nutrition into my eating habits, By doing this I added Fruits to my breakfast becau

My number one pet peeved thing that I have realized in my journey to losing weight and keeping it off is you must PLAN AHEAD!!! This is a serious situation, without pre-planning it is possible to go back to my old habits and unclean eating. So my plan that has helped me thus far is first research, You have to find out as much as you can about the processed foods that are truly unhealthy for the body, but due to me not understanding and researching what foods were best for me and how to get the best nutrients out of my foods, I was eating all the wrong things that was surely not beneficial, Second thing I had to learn was meal planning, even on weekends!!! This is a must, it can not be skipped over at all. Planning my foods ahead of time helps me to stay on tract. I prep all my meals for the week  My meal plan normally on a weekly consist of         Breakfast:2 hard boiled eggs with Steel cut oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon                          one apple       S

I am really embracing my portion containers from my Beachbody program, I never realized how overfed I truly was. I remember how I would just eye everything I would consume and thinking back on it that was definitely not the right way to go. My portions were definitely over scaled which made my body overweight. I always would beat myself up knowing I wasn't losing the weight and I would always feel bloated and uncomfortable, I had to make a change, I had to be the one to say enough was enough and take action in my life. I am 38 years old and soon to be 39 and I would always set a goal to be this weight by the time I turned a certain age, and what would happen that age would come and boom the weight was still there. Can you imagine that I did this a number of times in my life and failed each year, all because I never took my health seriously.. I am so proud of myself that now I have taken action. Country Heat- Day 3

Can I just say that I absolutely Love this workout program.. OMG!! It is phenomenal and it's exactly what I was looking for. I am sweating, dancing and having fun👏👏👏 This does not feel like exercise at all.. I'm moving dipping and swinging. I am so grateful💜 My husband records me now and this morning he said "baby the weight is literally melting away" now if he can see results within 3 days then my o my this pro good perfect and is doing the job.  I can't wait to the finale when I'm able to see what my body can produce in 30 days by me following the food guideline and making exercise apart of my daily habit👍  I can say that my body is sore and I need Calgon to take me away😉

Inspiring Others

So I have realized how much my daily habits have effected others. My working out and making healthier food choices have rubbed off  on my co-worker. It's not about the weight, it's about making healthier choices that lead to a better you.  If I can inspire one person to make better choices and start caring about their health and body then I have done a good dead for someone else. Making the decision to be a healthier you is definitely hard work and it takes shear determination. 🏋 I say this because you never know who is really watching and needs the help, someone who wants to start on their health journey but doesn't know how. My journey will never end and I never stop helping others to be better in this fitness and health life💞

Well Everyone I can truly say that I am loving this new County Heat dance exercise from Beachbody, Being  a Coach and helping others have been so much fun and also an unforgettable journey. it makes me hold myself accountable knowing that their is someone that needs my help and looks to me to help them walk this walk, but little do they know that I look to them as well to keep me accountable. It has really opened my mind to being more active and healthy. I am trusting my process. It feels good :) With that being said, let's talk about this scale thing! The scale is definitely not a good thing to go to to measure progress, For some reason the number on the scale stayed the same and did not move but I felt like my body surely has changed with that being said it did.. Inches are shedding and it feels great 4 inches off my waist to be exact..Yay Me! So I have put my scale away and just keep focusing on having fun with my fitness :)  I am also sharing my journey with others t

Day one of Country Heat

Hey Guys, so today was a great day for me, I actually got to do my first day of Country Heat👏👏👏 Might I say it was amazing, I actually felt like I was dancing, it was so much fun. Now I am not a fan of country music but the selection of music along with the dance moves were right on point👍 30 mins of dancing while incorporating ab work, leg work, butt work and arm work is well worth it.. So let's see where my 30 days take my body Transformation to.  Country Heat rocking it out💃🏽

Journey to a Healthier Me

Hey Everyone,  The weekend is gone which was a nice a refreshing one for me, I realized that when I am actually focused on my health I tend to not want to eat everything that I saw. I took the kids out shopping and it normally goes as me eating everything that they eat and sometimes more😬 I am truly proud of myself because I did not over indulged and I stuck to my meal plan💞 So my meals yesterday was as follow  Breakfast:Vegan Shakeology  Lunch: I ate at Qudoba/ wheat Totilla with black beans Tiqilla chicken, spinach,brown rice, corn, tomatoes and Avacado, Delicious  Dinner: Salad, nothing fancy just Spinach, bell peppers,mushrooms, apple Cider Vinegar for my dressing  In all I am just taking this journey one day at a time👏👏
Hello everyone it's going to be a Terrific Thursday!, I have had my good breakfast which included tons of vegetables and eggs that were scrambled and now I am drinking my Berry Smoothie, which contains, Strawberries, Blue Berries, Blackberries and 1 Banana, I must say its my first time doing all berries and it taste delicious, So lets all get some type of movement in today even if its just for 10 to 15 mins, Lets just do it as Nike says!

Gym Bound

So I decided to venture out to the gym. I must say I had a great workout,  I stayed on the treadmill which was for 45 mins and it included me running a little to get my heart rate up and then walked a little. They call this interval training for the body where you stay at a steady pace for about a min or 2 then bring the body down a pace for a minute or 2. I did this for about 20 minutes, nothing to put strain on me and I handled it pretty good. For the remaining 25 mins I power walked which kept my heart rate at around 148 beats. So if I can do this, I am pretty sure you can two..

The Scale is not moving!!!!

What I am noticing is that my clothes are fitting my looser and looser. However when I stepped on the scale it did not not move not one single pound. I was starting to get frustrated but as I did further and further research, I realized that sometimes these things happen and its a great thing too. We must stay away from the scale because when your on a weight-loss journey remember the Scale is not your friend lol. well at least its not mine for right now, So I will continue to move my body with exercise, walking, jogging, Zumba and dancing around my home and as I do these things my body will continue to show off its results with inches loss and me looking and feeling great.So if you are not seeing the scale move don't worry, trust me your body is doing something miraculous within and it will start to show on the outside, so keep up the good work, You are 2 Fit 2 Quit :)

Today I realized that I need accountability with my lifestyle Change. I have been going off of what I think my portions should be and incorporating alot of vegetables in my everyday habits when it comes to eating. I feel so much better, I sleep better and my moods are better, I don't get out of breathe quick and I must say my skin looks so much healthier then it has in years. So now what I have doing is startig to count my calories, with this calorie counter and it is just awesome. They have such great recipes on the site and you can be able to read and see what other users are doing and go through their everyday life as far as what they had to eat and how things are going when they try new things such as exercise etc. So we will see where this app takes me on my journey.Stay Tuned
